What do you mean by a "property feed?"

A property feed is an XML formatted text file describing your property listings, and providing a link to your website for more information. Our system will work with RSS or Atom feeds.

How do I get a feed of my listings?

Some IDX website providers publish feeds of their clients' listings for syndication to real estate portals such as Google Base, Trulia, Zillow, PropSmart, etc. Other sites like vFlyer offer RSS feeds of listings, but you have to input all the data. Please contact us for more information on integrating MLS search on your website complete with XML feeds.

What's the benefit of syndicating my feed?

Syndication gets extra exposure for your listings on the search engines. Equally as important, it provides backlinks to your website, and is always updated with current information about your listings. This can help your site rank better on Google, Yahoo, and other search engines, giving you more traffic, leads, and sales.

How much does it cost?

We offer a ten day trial for only $1 through PayPal. After 10 days, you will be charged only $98 annually for membership. This is a bargain for the SEO benefit you are getting out of it.

Will I have to update my listings frequently?

As long as the feed you provide is current, you won't need to update anything here on our site. We pull our data directly from the feed. If your feed comes from your IDX provider (we can set you up with this if you don't have it), there should be no maintenance whatsoever. The feed data will come directly from your MLS.

Does you support photos?

Absolutely. If your RSS or Atom feed has a photo in it, it will show up here.
